Well, it just might be Labor Day! A great holiday some of us are afforded, to take the day off of work and spend with family and friends. Some of us stay at home, and have people over. Some of us go over to spend time with our special loved ones. Whether you are the one hosting and having people over, remember at some point they will inevitably go home. Please make sure that they are in a position to get home safely. If you are the one that is traveling to other’s homes, please make sure that you are in a position to get home safely as well.
According to statistics, during the month of September in 2005 alone, there were 3, 422 fatal car crashes. These are accidents in which a death occurred. And on Labor Day 2005 alone that year, there were 506 deaths on that one day! These statistics are not including car accidents which did not have a fatality; these are just the ones where a death had occurred! Very scary folks! Please enjoy your holiday, but please enjoy it safely!
Gerber Collision and Glass is reminding you to please drive safely and have a joyous Labor Day holiday!
